Auto Insurance Policy

We have four types of Auto insurance policies.

1) We will cover you for all the amounts, which you are legally liable to pay incase you meet an accident, where someone else is injured or someone else's property is damaged. This cover also applies to any accident involving a trailer or broken-down vehicle, which you are towing.

2) When you are driving your friends car, this policy provides the same cover as type 1. This policy is appilicable only if there is no other insurance claim on that car. You should have the owner's permission to drive the car. The car must be driven in the US.

3) Newyork car insurance will pay you, if you are using your car for business purpose and your co-worker was driving the car and meets an accident.

4) Newyork car insurance will pay you all legal costs, if you had an accident. Legal costs like Solicitor's fees to represent that person at a coroner's inquest, or fatal accident inquiry, as long as we have agreed to do so beforehand. And also any other costs or expenses subject to our prior agreement.
